Redmond, WA, October 2019 – Data I/O Corporation (NASDAQ: DAIO), the leading global provider of advanced data and security deployment solutions for flash, flash-memory based intelligent devices and microcontrollers, is pleased to announced that it has received a 2019 Mexico Technology Award in the category of Device Programming for the new Job Composer Software Application for the Lumen®X programming engine.  The award was presented to the company on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 during a ceremony that took place at the SMTA Guadalajara Expo & Tech Forum.

Data I/O’s Job Composer Software Application solves the problems that OEMs and Programming Centers face when managing large files, complex semiconductor device settings and ten to hundreds of code variants in order to create a programming job. Job Composer streamlines the programming job creation process and minimizes human error by simplifying this management, improving the job transfer from design and First Article to production dispersed in different factories and geographies. 

The Job Composer Software Application for the LumenX programming engine is supported for Data I/O’s PSV7000 and PSV5000 automated programming systems.  The combination of the Job Composer Software Application with the LumenX programming technology in the PSV7000 and PSV5000 bridges the gap from the design and First Article process to manufacturing enabling customers to create and program these extremely large files on the industry’s highest performance programming systems with the capacity, flexibility and fast changeover for the lowest total cost of ownership.
