Recent circuitry advance could revolutionize mobile devices

Researchers at the Sandia National Laboratories and McGill University recently announced they have developed a new circuit that has two wires separated by just 150 nanometers and is built to the 15 nanometer specification, Computerworld reported.

128 GB NAND Flash coming to smartphones, tablets

Smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices may soon get a huge boost in terms of storage size, as Intel and Micron recently announced a partnership to produce the first 128 GB NAND Flash device, according to the Inquirer.
