FLX500

The FLX500 uses the all new FlashCORE programmer technology with high-speed programming for all leading Flash and serial memory devices, NAND, Flash and programmable microcontrollers. The FLX500 supports leading edge packages including uBGA, TSOP, QFP, BGA, PLCC and others.

The latest algorithm updates are quick and easy to install using the FLX500 networked communication. In addition the FLX500 supports Data I/O’s Serialization and NAND Bad Block Scheme software options.

The FLX500 supports Data I/O’s High Performance
Sockets (HPS) and High Insertion Count (HIC) removable socket technologies, delivering superior programming yields.

FLX500 programmer modules utilize motorized
socket actuation providing high pin-count/high-force
socket actuation. The adjustable socket actuator supports all standard and high-performance sockets and takes just seconds to adjust. No need to manage socket specific actuator plates and tooling.
