Data I/O pays approximately 80% for employee coverage and approximately 65% for dependent coverage for medical, dental and vision benefits. Employee portions are paid through payroll deduction.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Life, AD&D, LTD
- Term life-insurance through Prudential for up to four times annual salary
- Occupational AD&D and optional 24-hour AD&D
- Two options for long-term disability coverage: 50% or 66.7% of salary
Paid Time Off
Four weeks of paid time off per year, accruing at a rate of 6.67 hours per paycheck.
Eleven paid holidays a year: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas week (Christmas Day through New Year's Eve).
401(k) Plan
Employees are eligible after three months of employment and vested at three years. Data I/O makes a 4% match.
Stock Purchase Plan
Employees may purchase Data I/O® common stock at 5% below market value through payroll deduction (revised in accordance with new equity compensation rules, effective 2006).

Training and Continuing Education
Employees are encouraged to continue their education and training through participation in courses and seminars, and tuition may be reimbursed by Data I/O. Participation and reimbursement are subject to prior approval.
